11th January, 2026 In the second season of Legendary’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, now streaming on Apple TV, the Monsterverse story expands to explore new corners of a world where colossal Titans shape both history and humanity’s future. As Monarch—the covert organization that monitors Titans— races to understand fresh threats from the mysterious Axis Mundi, a new creature emerges: Titan X.
Along the way, we are re-introduced to the iconic Godzilla and Kong, and get to witness massive fights between Titan X and the two established Titans.
The visual effects team helped bring these and other creatures and a series of environments on land and sea to life, overseen by visual effects supervisor Sean Konrad and visual effects producer Elizabeth Willaman.
