Your tasks


  • Identify recruitment needs and staff planning requirements.
  • Develop creative and innovative talent attraction strategies to drive applicants.
  • Partner with HODs to review, select and advise on qualified candidates to ensure that they will be a good fit. 
  • Complete the full cycle recruitment, including the interview process and follow up.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience in all interactions with candidate.s  
  • Complete the offer and negotiation process with candidates, in line with internal equity guidelines and established best practices.
  • Promote current job opportunities on various Recruitment websites and social media (LinkedIn and other).
  • Source and headhunt hard-to-find talent on various platforms and new recruitment avenues.
  • Organise and participate in various recruitment and industry events, both locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the other partner offices and teams and coordinate with them for recruitment, marketing and communication.
  • Participate in the reverse recruitment and internal mobility processes.
  • Contribute to other HR functions as required.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition, HR or similar role.
  • Strong sense of organisation and ability to prioritise well.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems as well as experience recruiting with the use of job boards, social media and networking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Quick learner, reactive and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of VFX and feature animation industries.
