- 1+ years of work experience in a similar field, preferably in film business
- Eager to travel to subsidiaries (2-3 times a year at least)
- Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and in writing
- Great social skills but confident and diplomatic manner
- Good memory of people and their performance
- Very precise but efficient working style
- Handle confident data with care and absolute discretion
- Good in finding the right balance between representing the interests of the company and finding collaborative ways to be solution oriented towards the employees
- Sound knowledge of:
- German labour law, social security law, income tax system
- business and people management
- communication and psychology
- educational science
- group dynamics
- (VFX industry and project workflows is a plus)
Applicants will be able to work from home or at one of our offices in Munich and Berlin. We expect applicants to be based in Germany or have a valid work permit to work in Germany and are planning on moving to Germany.
