THE RAVEN

The Raven is a fictionalized account of the last days of Edgar Allan Poe's life, in which the poet is in pursuit of a serial killer whose murders mirror those in the writer's stories. Suspected of the murders himself, Poe wants to track down the killer to restore his reputation and rescue his kidnapped fiancee.

TRIXTER completed simulation and compositing work for numerous shots. The movie’s scheduled release is March 9, 2012.

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER

A brave, yet mild-mannered young soldier named Steve Rogers, volunteers to undergo a series of experiments for a US army Super Soldier program. The military succeeds in transforming him into a human weapon, but quickly realizes that he is far too precious to risk in combat. So, they decide to boost morale by letting him perform in shows for American troops. Then, when a Nazi plot reveals itself, Rogers must rise up and and become the First Avenger, in order to save his country. Steve Rogers becomes Captain America; a hero bringing hope and justice to a war-weary nation.

TRIXTER provided various animation, fx and compositing work for the movie.

THE 7TH DWARF

Following two highly successful German feature films, the Seven Dwarves are back - this time, in an animated feature. In their latest adventure, they must brave an evil witch whose magical curse threatens the fate of the entire kingdom. The movie's release is planned for the end of 2013 and TRIXTER's tasks in this exciting project include concept art, modeling, rigging, previz, FX, animation and stereo supervision.

GHERKIN KING

A talking gherkin seeks asylum at the Hogelman family. Initially the gatecrasher induces amusement, but bit by bit he becomes a plague. For Wolfi (11) it is certain: he has to get rid of the Gherkin King, otherwise his family is in big danger.
